Lighthouse Travel & Tours

The initial focus of our niche tour company was to create unique events and tailor-made group tours in the San Francisco Bay Area, complete with memorable trips off the beaten path. Now, LT&T offers customized group trips across the United States and Europe. We work closely with technology, healthcare, banks, social groups, and churches, among other individuals and business organizations, to plan our trips. Trips are great for retreats, education workshops, team building, reunions, and customer thank-yous.

LT&T was created in 1998. Our privately owned small womam business is based in California. 

Creative Team

Donna West, Founder of LT&T, loves exploring new places. She has traveled all over the world, and lived in the San Francisco Bay Area and Kansas City, Missouri. Donna's value  as a Business Historian and Genealogy Researcher adds to your trip research.  It is because of her connections with ongoing tour directors, local guides, historians, hospitality and business groups she quickly finda your own trip experience.

After years of building group tours from scratch, Donna understands her clients’ needs. People crave customized service, even as they plan their trips online. 

Donna is certified by the International Tour Management Institute (ITMI) and has degrees in Education and Travel (Los Altos, CA). She became a Certified Hawai’i Destination Expert in 2015.
